Incidents Are Ever Sudden is a new world quest added in Version 5.2 and is available immediately after unlocking Tezcatepetonco Range in Natlan.
Head West From the Statue of the Seven
Incidents Are Ever Sudden is located west of the Statue of the Seven in Tezcatepetonco Range, and south of “Masters of the Night-Wind”. Follow the path until you see a wooden bridge overlooking an aerial obstacle course hoop with a Pyroculus.
The quest will trigger and bring you to Temach after indwelling an Qucusaur and passing through the hoop.

Incidents Are Ever Sudden Walkthrough
Talk to Temach
After completing the obstacle course, finish the conversation with Temach about the Pakpaka Flying School and its flying training course.
Go to the Training Course
Head to the flying training course by indwelling the nearby Qucusaur and taking the Phlogiston Wind Tunnel behind you and Temach.
Talk to Cisik
Upon arriving to the training course, talk to Cisik to begin.
Complete the Training Course Challenges
Pakpaka's Training Course has three challlenges that will acquiant you with the Qucusaur's abilities. Complete all three sections to proceed.
Accelerate Through Hoops
Since this is a timed course, accelarate through the obstacles to make it in time. The Scorchwind Conflux inside the obstacle hoops will help keep your Phlogiston full throughout the course.
Accelerate with Right Click on PC and R1 on controller.
Perform Rolling Dashes to Break Walls
The second portion of the course has breakable walls inside the obstacle hoops. Break through the walls by performing rolling dashes by tapping Left Click on PC or tapping L2 on controller.
Be careful not to press the button too long, as a plunge attack will be performed instead.
Descend With a Plunge Attack
The final portion of the course requires to perform a plunge through the obstacle hoops. Perform a Plunge Attack by holding Left Click or holding L2 to pass through the downward obstacles to finish the course.
Find Lamizana to Claim Your Reward
Talk to Lamizana to calim your reward for completing the course. He can be found upstairs from where Temach is.
Collect your Prize
Open the Exquisite Chest where Lamizana was to claim your prize!
Talk to Taruka
After claiming your prize, finish the conversation with Taruka to complete this world quest.

Anonymous about 1 yearI had to swap back to keyboard and figure it out. Tap the L2 or whatever your plunging attack is on controller. Very quickly let go or else you'll just plunge attack instead.
