Is neuvi on character event wish 1 or 2?

Honestly, none of those - Kind of waiting to see how Mauvika pans out as a character. I don't find any Natlan characters very fun to play so far, if i put damagecreep aside - i kind of want to C2 Nadia or keep saving for Shneznaya.

I already have my Nuevie at C3. While I would like him C6 this will have to wait. Pulling Anemo girl and emo boy for my collection which is 100% (I have every character) if I can squeeze a small spend for c4 Nuevie great, but I can wait for now. His c3 is plenty good enough. I have Sunday coming on Honkai so can't be spending too much at the moment.

Me personally, I'm in it for the long haul for MY WIFE Mavuika... it will be hard admittedly, to just stop pulling until what will most likely be next year... BUT I WILL DO IT....maybe...
