Azure Obsidian Fragments can only be obtained from chests or Warrior Challenges that are originally found within the vicinity of the People of the Springs' territory.

Found in Precious or Luxurious Chests

Fragments of the Azure Obsidian Ring can be found by opening Precious or Luxurious Chests in Natlan's Toyac Springs area. You need to collect three Azure Obsidian Fragments to form one Azure Obsidian Ring.

To make the search more challenging, you can only get Obsidian Fragments by chance, which means not all Precious or Luxurious chests can contain an Azure Obsidian Fragment inside.

Reward From Warrior's Challenges

Azure Obsidian Fragments can also be obtained from Warrior Challenges within the area of the People of the Springs tribe. Completing a Warrior Challenge can grant you a Azure Obsidian Fragment from the Precious Chest it rewards.

This is not guaranteed however and is still by chance.

People of the Springs Warrior's Challenges	How to Find
Quite the Splash! Warrior's Challenge	Use the Statue of Seven in Toyac Springs and head north until you see some alpacas. Past them, you will see Tepacha on a flower, so go and talk to him to start the challenge.
Winds, Blow Backwards Warrior's Challenge	Use the southernmost Teleport Waypoint in People of the Springs settlement and swim northeast until you reach a peninsula. You will see Avuia next to some boxes and a floatie, so go and talk to her to start the challenge.
Through the Fire and Flames	Teleport to the waypoint east of Teticpac Peak, face towards the north, jump down the cliff, and head towards the river. You will see Matzatli standing on a rock in the middle of a river.
Wavechaser	Use the teleport waypoint southeast of “People of the Springs” and try to indwell with a Koholasaurus nearby. Head towards the water on the east side of the waypoint to start the challenge. Note that you have to solve a puzzle for the challenge to be unlocked.

Tribe Secret Trove Location

Players can find the Tribe Secret Trove for People of the Springs at an alcove near the settlement. Head south from the waypoint closest to the settlement and you should see it tucked away in a cave.

Use to Open the Tribal Secret Trove

You can use the Azure Obsidian Rings to activate the entrance to the People of the Springs' Secret Trove. Slotting in the Azure Obsidian Ring removes the barrier that keeps outsiders from entering!
