Players can start this quest after they finish the Pilgrimage of the Return of the Sacred Flame which is the Archon Quest from Chapter 5 Act I: Flowers Respledent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn.

Defeat the Koholasaurs
After arriving at People of the Springs, a cutscene will show tourists in need help. Players must defeat the Koholasaurs swiftly to progress.
Talk to the freed tourists
Once all the Koholasaurs are defeated, Paimon and the Traveler will talk to the freed tourists. Here, they learn about a mysterious island that can only be revelead with the help of the Koholasaurs.

I can't figure out what I'm supposed to do here. I'm on Chapter 5 Act 3, and I must have defeated the water dinos because the people aren't there. it also seems familiar and I must have moved on lol And when I go to the commission guy it says I haven't completed the first part of the quest. Just not sure why the quest mark is still here and there's nothing for me to do here...
