Those Searching for the Mysterious Island is located at the entrace the People of the Springs which is in the nation of Natlan. From the Stadium of the Sacred Flame, players must head South until they reach the indicated spot.

Players can start this quest after they finish the Pilgrimage of the Return of the Sacred Flame which is the Archon Quest from Chapter 5 Act I: Flowers Respledent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn.
After arriving at People of the Springs, a cutscene will show tourists in need help. Players must defeat the Koholasaurs swiftly to progress.
Once all the Koholasaurs are defeated, Paimon and the Traveler will talk to the freed tourists. Here, they learn about a mysterious island that can only be revelead with the help of the Koholasaurs.
