Teleport to the Foggy Forest Path in Fontaine and head to the Photo-Taking Spot right by the Teleport Waypoint.

You can adjust the settings, change characters, and choose between three Photo-Taking positions. Each position automatically includes the three Photo-Taking Points required for the stage.

In Stage 4, you need to use a character that is either Cryo or hails from Fontaine. It's not required to complete both objectives, so you can use either any Cryo Character or any Fontaine Character to take pictures.
