For Stage 1, you need to use either an Anemo character or a character that came from Mondstadt. Use the character's Charged Attack right as you take the picture to complete the objectives!

In Stage 14, use a Pyro Character or a Polearm Character to take a picture of the Weeping Willow of the Lake. The time must be between 18:00 - 20:00 at the time of taking the photo!
How to Play Outside the Canvas, Inside the Lens: Dew-Kissed Chapter
Equip the Event Kamera
Equip Asagiri's Dedicated Fontaine Kamera and interact with the photo-taking spot to enter Photo-Taking Mode.
Change Settings in Adjustment Phase
The process is divided into an adjustment phase and a photo-taking phase. During the adjustment phase, you can set the photo's settings, change characters, and angle your kamera to include photo-taking points.
You can also adjust the time delay in between photos in the Interval Timer Mode.
Take Photos Using Interval Timer Mode
In the photo-taking phase, you can move and use your Skills with the new feature, Interval Timer Mode! In this feature, you can take three photos in a single click, with a slight delay in between each photo.

To start the Outside the Canvas, Inside the Lens: Dew-Kissed Chapter event, go to Romaritime Harbor and talk to Asagiri. Finishing the conversation with her completes the event unlock quest.
