    Talk to Este after completing the 4.6 remuria world quest, he is located near the house at the north of petrichor. It will trigger the "For Yesterday and Tomorrow" quest

    This quest appears to be bugged. Although having finished the required quest two daily resets ago (i.e. two days ago) the quest is not available. Instead Lutong stands at the advertising board and talks something about "according to the guards, all the residents of petrichor seem to have fallen into... a strange slumber." and Garcia being tied to the bed with silk.
