How to Rebuild the Golden Aqueducts: Part I
Search for the scattered “scores”
To rebuild the first set of the Golden Aqueducts, you must first find the required score which represents the waterway and the pillars of the Golden Aqueducts.
For the first set, the score is located north of Alta Semita, near the Teleport Waypoint. To trigger this objective, simply swim towards the mural or Scylla.
Use the light-guiding device
As you press to operate the device, you should be able to change its angles in any direction.
With the horn in the center align the horn to the image of the mural to complete to trigger the next step.
Guide the Flying Bird Phantasms
Once the horn is aligned within the mural, three (3) Phantasms birds should appear.
Simply swim towards them and follow them as they swim towards their positions. Note that these Phantasms will not have a trail of light once they affixed to their correct position in the mural!
Follow the Flying Bird Phantasms
After guiding the three (3) Flying Flying Bird Phantasms, all five birds will fly away from the mural. Follow them once more to reach the Golden Aqueducts!
How to Rebuild the Golden Aqueducts: Part II
Search for the scattered “scores”
To rebuild the Aqueduct, you must first find the second score leading to the next area.This time around, the score is located Collegium Phonascorum, just past the broken stairs.
To trigger this objective, simply swim towards the mural or Scylla.
Use the Light-guiding Device
Just like the previous Golden Aqueduct Reconstruction, simply move and aim the horn to the horn in the mural.
This can be easily done by clicking the right arrow three times, and the up arrow once.
Clear the Path for the Flying Bird Phantasms

Once the horn is aligned within the mural, three (3) Flying Bird Phantasms should appear scattered around the arena.
However, this time, the Flying Bird Phantasms are stuck within their beginning positions. Simply clear any obstacles for them move freely!
Bird 1
The first bird is located at your left. The bird will fly away as you approach it, so utilize the Humongous Hat Jellyfish underneath, making it easier to chase after it.
Bird 2
After leading the first bird to the mural, look to your left until you see a Phantasm Bird surrounded by Anemo Slimes.
Simply hit the Slimes with any Bow-character, until the bird flies towards the Mural.
Bird 3
The last bird should just be above the horn near the mural. Use the Humongous Hat Jellyfish again to reach the top of the horn.
From there, simply guide the Bird until it reaches the Mural!
Guide the Flying Bird Phantasms
Once all three(3) Phantom birds are fixed to their positions in the mural, they should once more leap out of it to guide you to your next destination. Simply follow them like a Seelie to complete this objective!

Phoenix2312 over 1 yearI am only at that first Horn and no matter where I have swam... Nothing like your guide happens!!! I will have to try again... Surely I am missing something but I dont know what!!! Sadly, what I can say is that YET AGAIN... MiHoYo has let me down with a very Obtuse Puzzle and no clear guidance on how to solve it! The last Three Major updates have all had this same issue... Once I find teh solution online, Its obvious... But having to go online EVERY DAMN TIME... Not good!

if you don't catch up with the birds they disappear and you can never get them back. This quest is terribly bugged and now its stuck like many other quests in this game where I have to do some weird random thing to get it back on track. For example in deshret's domain there's a quest where a blue star gets stuck in a wall if you don't get on the elevator and stays there forever. You have to leave the area and come back before it will go back. Same in other areas. bugged game.
