How to Beat The Shimmering Tree-Shadows

Round 1

Round 1 Team Comp

Suggested Team Comp
Furina	Nahida	Shinobu	Collei

With Nahida and Furina in the options, picking them should be a worthwhile decision as they can easily synergize with a multitude of units.

For this round, we recommend building a Hyperbloom team, with Shinobu, as this team can clear out the waves of enemies that you will be facing in this round.

Worth mentioning that Nilou is still a worthwhile pick here, in place of Shinobu, however this does limit your team comps later on. While the future rounds are still possible with Nilou as an option, some flexibility in team building can make these stages easier.

Round 1 Enemies and Strategy

Primordial Bathysmal Vishap	Assault Specialist Mek
Ruin Drake - Earthguard

As mentioned earlier, this round pits Travellers against a group of enemies per kind with a single Ruin Drake at the end.

The Vishaps will spawn surrounding you, afterwards the Mek and the Ruin Drake will spawn in the center. Stay in the center for easy grouping and proper trigger for the Dendro Blooms generated by the team.

Keep in mind that Furina drains HP, so make sure to play smart and avoid getting hit as this team can only one character at a time..

Round 2

Round 2 Team Comp

Suggested Team Comp
Cyno	Yelan	Nahida	Collei

Cyno and Yelan would be the top picks for this round to lead a Hyperbloom team. To supplement these to, pair them with Collei and Nahida from last round.

Since Yelan is capable of deaing decent Hydro damage and apply a lot of their respective elements, make sure to use Collei and Nahida's skills first for consistent Dendro application.

With this, make sure to have proper rotations among the team and keep their bursts consistently up as to capitalize on Hyperbloom damage.

Round 2 Enemies and Strategy

Blazing Axe Mitachurl	Primal Construct - Reshaper
Primal Construct - Repulsor	Primal Construct - Prospector
Ruin Grader

Round 2 starts with 3 Blazing Axe Mitachurls. We recommend not using anyone's Elemental bursts for now as the next round requires you to do the most damage, going up against Primal Constructs.

As the 2nd wave starts, prioritize using Electro or Dendro first as the Primal Constructs have less resistance to these elements. Make sure to deal as much as damage as you can as these Primal Constructs will spread out making it more difficult to clear it fast.

Round 3

Round 3 Team Comp

Alhaitham	Baizhu

Suggested Team Comp
Alhaitham	Baizhu	Yelan	Shinobu

In this round, Hyperbloom is once again your go-to Elemental Reaction. Select Baizhu and Alhaitham for this round as they will be the Dendro half of the team.

Prioritize setting up Shinobu's and Yelan's Off-Field skills for Alhaitham to easily generate Dendro cores and trigger Hyperbloom. Baizhu can compliment this team with his shield and healing, making sure that the team stays alive.

Round 3 Enemies and Strategy

Thundercraven Rifthound	Ruin Grader
Eremite - Stone Enchanter

The round starts with the Thundercraven Rifthound, which can tick your HP slowly but surely. Utilize Yelan's Elemental Burst quickly here, as these Rifthounds can be difficult to manage once they start moving around.

For the following rounds, you will go against one of each remaining enemies in the list. You won't be able to utilize Bloom's excellent AoE here, so just make sure you can properly use Alhaitham's kit and rotations as to ensure the most damage you can despite the limitations.

Round 4

Round 4 Team Comp

Suggested Team Comp
Keqing	Xianyun	Furina	Baizhu

Xianyun pops up again for another day as a trial character for this last round. Picking her as part of the team can provide more utility with her access to Plunging teams.

With this, stick with a Hyperbloom team again this time with Keqing and Furina doing most of the damage.

Both Baizhu and Xianyun can heal, but Baizhu can provide a shield while Xianyun can make Keqing plunge. Adjust accordingly whatever you need at the moment, as to avoid wasting their Burst healing.

Round 4 Enemies and Strategy

Anemo Hilichurl Rogue	Ruin Cruiser
Ruin Scout	Eremite - Floral Ring-Dancer

Last but definitely not the least, the last round demands a challenge from the Travellers who made it this far. It is relatively straightforward, but enemies in this round are quite tanky and have large health bars.

Proper rotations and usage of everyone's kit is key here. You won't necessarily face energy issues, so just don't waste of everyone's abilities!

Xianyun can assist Keqing's Electro imbued attacks have more AoE, while Baizhu maintains the Dendro application.

Consider the Following Chambers!

Careful selection of Trial characters is key here, so consider picking characters that can synergize or assist more than 1 of the available Main DPS.

Keep in mind that Main DPS and Sub-DPS characters are fixed for every selection per round, while supports change depending on who you selected previously.
