There are 45 Knocking Vases throughout Chenyu Vale. They are particularly common in Yodie Valley's upper and lower levels.
So far, it seems you can only collect from a knocking vase once, and it does not refresh.

Can be found inside Adeptus' Rose, right next to a Simulacrum. The vases 1-9 are only accessible after clearing the Miasma in the area.

Located near the teleport waypoint. It is one of the huge vases that contains Clearwater Jade.

To find this vase, follow the trail from number 16 until you see another vase behind the fence.

Located past the teleport waypoint, up the small waterfall.

Located just below the waterfall, near the Telport waypoint.

The #22 Knocking Vase is located directly behind 21.
|

Can be found along a wooden bridge. You must first place the simulacra on its pedestal before interacting with the vase. Then you must hit the vase twice, which will summon a Whopperflower and Slime; defeat them to unlock the chest nearby. |

Continue along the route until you reach the south-west corner of the cave. The vase is situated near the ledge and a tree.

Can be found immediately past the previous vase, near the shattered wooden bridge.

Head north-west from the #40 and drop down the ledge to find the vase near the stalagmites.

Return across the broken bridge; you can use Golden Carp's Leap to get to the area. The vase is directly in front of the spider's web.

Go past the spiderweb to find another vase. When you try to approach the spider, it will shoot explosive barrels, so make sure you kill it first.

Go up the slope on the left side to reach the broken vase.

Knocking Vases are ceramic vessels that may be seen scattered around Yodie Valley. These vases are often found broken and come in a variety of sizes.

There are 45 Knocking locations according to the Official Interactive Map. I just completed it myself.
