How to Beat Poem of Thunder Intertwined
Elemental Bursts All Around
Stage 2 will have Prince Thelxie harness the power of Electro through Thunderous Loops, which will deal Electro DMG to surrounding enemies and priming them for Electro-related Elemental Reactions.
After each Thunderous Loop, all nearby party members will receive a dramatic increase in both ATK and Energy Recharge! Additionally, all Elemental Burst CDs will be decreased, so unload your Elemental Bursts on your enemies to your heart's content!

Taking Thelxie's buffs into account, one can already surmise that the Raiden Shogun is the best candidate for the job, with Alhaitham not far behind. Both of these characters are available for trial, so be sure to bring them along if you need them.
With both the increase in Energy Recharge and the decrease in Elemental Burst CD, Travelers can practically keep up both the Shogun and Alhaitham's infusions up, completing the challenge in record time!

Another good option for taking advantage of both Thelxie's Energy buff and his Electro application is by using Quicken reactions. Once again, the Shogun and Alhaitham are your best bets.
Bringing along characters who also excel in the use of Quicken reactions such as Yae Miko, Fischl, Cyno, and Shinobu will work wonders for this challenge.

If you want a bit more variety in terms of taking advantage of Thelxie's Electro DMG, Electro-Charged might be right up your alley. It'll also be a good way of targeting multiple opponents at once while keeping their attacks at bay.
Neuvillette and Ayato are great choices for helmsmen in these teams, partnered with excellent Electro units such as Miko, Fischl, and Shinobu. Furina's DMG support can add to the your overall DMG output!
