To search for the key near the Mouth of the Spring, head to the underwater part of Loch Urania.

Clear All Contaminated Bacterial Mats

Use a Xenochromatic Armored Crab to counter and clear all Contaminated Bacterial Mats. The mats will attack you whenever you get close, so take the Armored Crab's ability to defeat them.

Hold down the ability to absorb their attacks. While aiming, be sure to get hit first then let go to shoot back at them.

With the current gone, swim back into the cavern and interact with the stone altar. The Vishap will wake and you will be taken out of the cavern and teleported to the shore, where you have to battle it.
