Teleport into the entrance of the underwater ruins in the Morte Region and immediately take a left. Hit the clam to open it and retrieve Athos's Confession within.

To obtain the message's rewards, teleport to the Lumidouce Harbor and glide to the beach northeast of it, then dig up the treasure chest!
