The Looking Glass Locations are hidden areas that unlocks Through the Looking Glass quest that can be found upon progressing through the In the Wake of Narcissus quest chain. See their locations and information here!
When you encounter the Looking Glass, you can interact with it and enter the hidden chamber area within! Be prepared for any surprises that may be hiding behind these picture frames.
If you can't enter the Looking Glass since it isn't glowing, it's likely you may need to complete the Book of Esoteric Revelations world quest first!
Through the Looking Glass is a hidden World Quest. It can be unlocked by completing all six of the Looking Glass locations!

The Looking Glass in the Fort Charybdis Ruins can be accessed easily through the teleport underground in the cavern.

The Looking Glass in the Orthant of Wish is located below the Fort Charybdis Ruins. Take the lift going down by solving the way to move forward! You'll also have to solve the Eliphas Beam Puzzle to use the next lift to get to the Looking Glass.
Find the Orthant of Wish is an objective from the Search in the Algae Sea quest. This is the quest where this Looking Glass can be found while progressing through the objectives.

You can get to the Looking Glass in the Orthant of Memory nearby the Statue of the Seven but this also requires you to unlock the area first. You'll have to solve the Orthant's Puzzle in the room to let the water rise to help you reach the Looking Glass above.
Find the Orthant of Memory is an objective from the Search in the Algae Sea quest. This is the quest where this Looking Glass can be found while progressing through the objectives.

To be able to get to the Looking Glass in the Orthant of Soul, you'll have unlock the area by powering up the two storage machines at the entrance. Try to clear any enemies nearby the Looking Glass.
Find the Orthant of Soul is an objective from the Search in the Algae Sea quest. This is the quest where this Looking Glass can be found while progressing through the objectives.

The Looking Glass in the Orthant of Persona is one of the areas locked behind the In the Wake of Narcissus world quest. You would have to clear the other needed seals in order to unlock this area.
Find the Orthant of Persona is an objective from the Search in the Algae Sea quest. This area will only open after accomplishing the other three Orthants and following the quest's story.

there’s a lot more to it than just finishing In The Wake Of Narcissus. There’s several quests that all tie into each other that have to all be done first. Not the least of which being the collecting of the pages for the book of revelations. THAT has to be done before you can even think of staring the looking glass quest
