Lyney's Story Quest can be unlocked after reaching Adventure Rank 40 and completing Chapter 4, Act 2: As Light Rain Falls Without Reason!
Story Key Required
A Story Key is usually needed to unlock a Story Quest. Like most characters, Lyney will need Story Keys to unlock his quest.
To get 1 Story Key, you need to do 8 Daily Commissions and be at Adventure Rank 26. Since there are only 4 Commissions in a day, you will need a minimum of 2 days to get 1 Story Key.

You have to touch all of them. ● Once on the last moving panel across, simply follow the other side of the puzzle. |
