Once you have at least reached Adventure Rank 25, check the “The Curtain Never Falls on Magic” permanent event page to obtain Lynette, along with some of her ascension materials, for free! Note that you may only claim the reward once.

For more experienced players, they can immediately get her once Version 4.0 hits the live servers, so you won't need to roll on Lyney or Yelan's banners if you want to get her!
