How to Get 6000 Points in Descaling Thundering Grief

Recommended Teams

Dendro DPS Team

Hyperbloom Team
Alhaitham	Yelan	Nahida	Shinobu

For continuous DMG, it is recommended to have consistent application of Dendro, making Alhaitham or Nahida is helpful for this stage. Using Yelan to apply Hydro and deal DMG, while Shinobu can heal and apply Electro.

Other teams for Aggravate/Quicken, Burgeon or Bloom reactions are recommended in completing this challenge too!

Pyro DPS Team

Vaporize Team
Yoimiya	Xingqiu	Bennett	Zhongli

Having Yoimiya easily target the enemy and Xingqiu to support for DMG can help in clearing this challenge efficiently since the Thunder Manifestation moves around fast. Zhongli can help prevent being interrupted while Bennett supports and heals.

When choosing the Elemental Mastery increase from the Tempo List, using a well-built Vaporize reaction team with a Pyro DPS is highly recommended. The player can maximize on getting more points by adding Dendro RES and Cryo RES in the parameters.

To get 6000 points, you would have to choose the Expert Score Multiplier x5 using these parameters. Depending on which element you chose for your DPS, you can remove one type of Elemental RES.

If you happen to use a Dendro character as your DPS, it is recommended to not add any parameters that would increase Dendro RES while maximizing the other two.
*The same goes for other parameters if the player chooses to use other elements for their DPS.

Watch Out for Attack Indicators

Thunder Manifestation attacks are marked on the floor before they hit, so keep an eye out for any indicators on the floor to foresee and dodge the attacks.

Attack Using Bow or Catalyst

Thunder Manifestation will frequently float away during the battle, so make sure you have a Bow or Catalyst user on the team who can reach it while flying.

Destroy the Strike Probes Using Elemental Attacks

During the combat, the Thunder Manifestation will summon Strike Probes, which will periodically scan the surrounding area and lock you on.

You can destroy the Strike Probes on the field using Cryo or Pyro Elemental Attacks.

Use Shield or Dodge Away While Being Locked On

While being locked on, Thundering Manifestation will become agitated and will attack you more frequently, therefore utilize a shield or dodge away while being locked on.
