Strategy Against Zhongli's TCG Deck

"Hit Them Hard, Hit Them Constantly"

Your main enemy in this duel are shields, shields, and more shields. For starters, Zhongli will equip the Tenacity of the Millelith in addition to his already hefty shield, while Itto and Chongyun will slowly but surely cull your party.

Since there's really no way to bypass shields in TCG, the best thing you can do is to brute-force your way through their defenses.

You can do this with a combination of Elemental Reactions and constant Elemental Bursts.

Recommended Rotation

Start with Keqing. Play When the Crane Returned if you have it, and use her Skill to put a Lightning Stiletto in your deck. After her turn, you will fast swap to Mona. Use her Skill to set up Hydro, then switch to the Raiden Shogun.

You can play Calx's Arts to make the next step easier and faster. You can use Raiden's Skill to set up her Electro turret for end-phase Electro-charged reactions, but the main thing is to use her Elemental Burst.

This will restore 2 Energy to both Keqing and Mona! After which, play the Lightning Stiletto card to quickly swap to Keqing and use her Skill, giving her the last Energy she needs to unload her Elemental Burst.
