To unlock the The Coming of the Sabzeruz Festival quest, you will need to reach Adventure Rank 35 or above and complete the Chapter 3: Act 1: Through Mists of Smoke and Forests Dark!

The Coming of the Sabzeruz Festival Walkthrough

Go to Sumeru City

Go to Sumeru City and talk to Dunyarzad inside the Grand Bazaar.

Go to the Appointed Place and Talk to Dunyarzad

Follow Dunyarzad to the arranged accomodations north of the city.

Follow Dunyarzad

Meet up with Dunyarzard again, and spend the day walking with her.

Talk to Kimiya

When you reach the candy stall owned by Vihar, you can select any of the Candy Boxes, but the Sunsettia is in Candy Box #4.

Return to the Nearby Quarters

Head back to the arranged accomodations north of the city.

Escape Within the Time Limit

Head to the next marked location just past the Sumeru City Blacksmith within 60 seconds.

Take Dunyarzad Somewhere Nearby and Rest

Go to the next marked location, in front of the Lambad Tavern, so Dunyarzad can rest.

Go to the Grand Bazaar and See the Dance of Sabzeruz

Go to the Grand Bazaar to see the Dance of Sabzeruz. Return to your accommodation after the cutscene and speak with Paimon.
