Fulminating Sandstorm is a desert combat event where you clear out monsters to assemble the Wenutslayer Cannon, which you will need to fire to stop the wandering Wenut from its rampage.

Complete Vinayak and Shriya's Quests

Completing the event quests in The Culling of the Worms will advance the progress of constructing the Wenutslayer Cannon, which are commissioned by Vinayak and Shriya, the Kshahrewar and Amurta researches from the Akademiya.

Defeat Opponents and Recover Device Components

As part of preliminary preparations, you must recover various Device Components from certain enemy camps! Defeat the opponents and gather all the components needed for the Wenutslayer Cannon and Charging Device.

Assemble the Wenutslayer Cannon

After recovering the required components, you are to assemble the Charging Devices and Wenutslayer Cannon at the designated locations! Beware of the Deviant Wenut in the area while assembling these devices.

Defend and Charge up the Charging Device

Upon readying, hordes of monsters will appear before the Charging Device. Defeat the monsters attracted by the device to obtain Elemental Energy. This will help charge the Charging Device!

Lure the Wenut to Attack Nearby Rocks

Another way to charge the Device is to lure the Deviant Wenut to attack the nearby rocks.

Fire the Wenutslayer Cannon

After the Charging Device gains enough energy, you can fire the Wenutslayer Cannon to the Wenut until its HP drops to zero.
