Following your conversation with Childe, he will ask you to seek the Adepti in Jueyun Karst. To find the Jueyun Karst, follow the marked location on your map.

Head to the Open Area

When you arrive in Jueyun Karst, look for the open area just below the Statue of Seven. A cutscene will play upon arriving at the area.

Fight with Support from the Adepti

Genshin - An Impromptu Change of Plan Walkthrough - Fight with Support from the Adepti
Following your conversation with the Adepti, the Millelith guards will appear suddenly and you will have to defeat them all.

You will face 20 Millelith guards, who will spawn in waves. They will most likely be spread out while fighting them, so it is recommended to bring an Anemo character to group them up.
