To begin the quest, go to Liyue Harbor and follow the marker on your map.

Talk to the Locals

Locate and speak with the Linlang, Guanhai, and Bolai around Liyue Harbor. You can find the locals by following the markings on your map.

Pray and Make a Wish at Yujing Terrace
