Head to Konda Village
Look for the person Ayaka told you about at Konda Village. Listen to the conversation between Kenjirou, Mahiru, and Tejima.
Ask the Crowd for News
Ask Mahiru and Kenjirou about what happened. Mahiru will tell how Tejima kept Treasure Hoarders and monsters at bay, while Kenjirou will explain how the Inazuma's decree took Tejima's Vision away.
Ask Tejima about What Happened
Investigate the situation with Tejima. Ask him why he wanted to leave Konda Village. Tejima declares that he can't remember anything now that the decree has taken away his Vision.
Find the Clues to Tejima's Memory
Head to Tejima's house and check his diary. After reading his diary entries, check the location and investigate the shrine.
Investigate the Nearby Shrine
Examine the shrine to the west of Tejima's house. Talk to Paimon regarding the omamori above the shrine.
Use Elemental Sight to look for Clues in the Diary
Follow the purple tracks in the air with your Elemental Sight. Take a look at the rock formation at the end of the tracks. Examine the Yellowed Letter from the soil.
Talk to Tejima
Return to Tejima and hand over the omamori and letter.
