How to Clear Fanatic Passion Difficulty

Use Piercing Strike to Break Resistance

The Ironclad Beetle King has all the skills the beetles in the previous rounds have. In Fanatic Passion, you must fully charge or overcharge up your piercing strike to break it's shielded resistance!

Constantly Charge Up

Always charge up your attacks, but be ready to dodge by hovering on the back button. Constantly charging up your attack would make it easier to catch the Ironclad Beetle King off guard and deal damage once the hit connects!

Avoid Getting Hit As Mush As Possible

The Ironclad Beetle King is extremely strong and will defeat you in a few special moves if you keep constantly getting hit by its attacks! Dodge forward near the enemy onikabuto to when it summons thunderstrikes and keep two to five tiles away from it!

Summons Lightning Bullets at the End

When the Ironclad Beetle King's HP hits a certain threshold, it will immediately go to the edge of the arena, summon thunderstrikes and a lightning bullet. You must use your rushes to get to where it is and use a Piercing Strike to reflect the Lightning Bullet back to it and defeat it!

A majestic, all-round Onikabuto that can enter a status that increases its resistance to interruption, and also fire off lightning bullets.

When its HP falls to a certain amount, it will retreat to the edge of the field and constantly cause lightning to fall and strike its opponents. Dodging this lightning while getting close and reflecting this Onikabuto's lightning bullets may hold the key to defeating it.
