Bring the Holy Lyre Back to the Tavern

Bring the Holy Lyre der Himmel back to the tavern. As you go in, you'll see that Jean, Diluc, and Venti are inside too.

Talk to Venti

Venti will then tell the gang that although the lyre is the real thing, he doubts that it's going to the work because of its age and lack of Anemo power.

Use Dvalin's Teardrop Crystal

Afterwards, Venti will tell you to use Dvalin's crystal on the Lyre, having purified it yourself. Just click on the crystal icon and watch it fall down the lyre to restore it. You will then get a Partially-restored Holy Lyre der Himmel.
