Complete Archon Quest Chapter 1: Act 4
To unlock A Path Through the Storm, you must complete the Archon Quest Chapter 1: Act 4 first! You must also reach Adventure Rank 30 and above to unlock the Archon Quest Chapter 2: Prologue!

A Path Through the Storm Walkthrough
Take a Breather Outside Liyue Harbor
Head to the Teleport Waypoint just above Liyue Harbor to begin the quest. While collecting your thoughts and taking the view of the Harbor, talk to Paimon about your sibling's revelations.
Ask Atsuko about Inazuma
Head to the port of Liyue Harbor and look for Atsuko. Ask her about how to travel to Inazuma and listen to her story about the dangers of the said region.
Head to The Alcor and Meet Beidou
Go to Guyun Stone Forest and make your way to Beidou's ship, The Alcor. You can get there by using the Teleport Waypoint of Domain of Guyun, then head to the uppermost area of the mountain, and finally glide your way to the giant ship.
Upon landing on the ship, engage with crew members on board and talk to Beidou and Kazuha.

Head to the southwest location of Guyun Stone Forest where the tournament will happen. Talk to three competitors around to learn more about the competition.
