The Outlander Who Caught the Wind Guide
Leave the Knights of Favonius Headquarters and talk to Paimon about the information you've withheld from Lisa and Jean.
Midway your conversation, Paimon will tell you about seeing the Green Guy just now. Look for suspicious person then talk to Paimon.
Your first attempt of looking for the suspicious person will fail, but this time use your Elemental Sight to look for Green Guy.
