Elham's character cards aren't that relatively strong, but the Special Rule for this duel makes them so. Defeating them one-by-one will make the battle more difficult, that's why gradually shredding their HP with the use of Piercing or other forms of AoE, then dealing the final blow afterwards is the best way to go.

Keqing and Ganyu is the perfect duo for this battle, especially because their skills that deal Piercing and Aoe damage takes time building, apt for the building momentum that you need to deal the final attack.
