How to Beat Mona in a Friendly Fracas

Use Jean to Force-Swap

Using Jean's Elemental Skill or the Overloaded Reaction can force the enemy to swap their Active Character Card. This can disrupt their future moves and help you gain the upper hand!

Get rid of Enemy Summons

Use Guardian's Oath or Send Off to get rid of any Summons from the enemy, but be careful when using Guardian's Oath as it will destroy your own Summons, too!

How to Beat Mona in a Friendly Fracas

Take Mona Out First

Pre-burst, Mona is not much of a threat, especially because her Skill deals low damage. The summon provides shield and deals a point of Hydro at the end phase, but that's pretty much about it.

Having said this, Mona becomes a significant unit once her Burst is up, especially from a team perspective, because of the double damage, which can be nasty especially if Bennett procs it with his Skill.

Use the Overloaded to your Advantage

Once Mona is out, you'll be left with Bennett and Fischl for an Overloaded reaction, which you use to your advantage by arranging the order of Character Cards in your deck. This can potentially save you at least a die or two, plus you can easily setup reactions this way.
