Nerf mechanism: If you rotate him 130° with fast motion, the motion will be reduce step-by-step to fixed spinning speed, that's why he still good at normal gameplay, but not in washer gameplay. In Abyss/exploration, there are very rare case (or maybe, impossible) that require your Neuvillete turning fast to 180° for killing enemies

They are delusional as it best when they said Neuvillette is bouken. Meanwhile Furina Yelan Xingqiu is far superior hydro than him.
Only noob use Neuvillette. On team damage , neuvillette is trash tier. ICD issue, particle issue, team comparatively issue. Even selfish dps on field. With pyro archon, neuvillette will be a hot garbage than Barbara.
