his c1 mainly serves as protection against interruption, plus it allows you to always have 1 draconic glories. i have both weapon and c1, and i felt like he didnt even get interrupted that often before. if you have a good shielder, then there's really no need to get c1.

for damage only, maybe yes but for flexibility, no (mualani need vaporize, neuvi doesn't, even neuvi can solo abyss)

the reason you're malding is either of the following: 1. you don't have him 2. you have him, but don't know how to use him (SKILL ISSUE) 3. can't accept the fact that he's the best main dps unit right now and still clinging on to that copium anyways, you belong to the weird part of the playerbase. nice bait tho

They give 100 primo first then 1600 primo compensation for his nerf. They sure afraid for backlash. lol
Nerf mechanism: If you rotate him 130° with fast motion, the motion will be reduce step-by-step to fixed spinning speed, that's why he still good at normal gameplay, but not in washer gameplay. In Abyss/exploration, there are very rare case (or maybe, impossible) that require your Neuvillete turning fast to 180° for killing enemies
