>>291 TBF, Neuvi's kit are scaled by HP%. None (or at least, rare) character that can buff HP% multiplier, that's why Neuvi's multiplier are so high. Similar with Yelan case. That also the reason why he is the strongest solo DPS. (And honestly, HP-scaled character in every games are always broken, because they can be sustain, while they can give you monstrous DMG)

Isnt Neuvilette’s optimal calc’d team Neuvilette, Furina, Kazuha, and ZhongLi w/ Petra? I thought that’d be there under the hypercarry section.
