yes Mona is good but keep in mind her buff lasts a lot less and only works on the enemies currently on the field at the time of casting her skill and the range

Similar performance but Neu is easier to play , kinda better AoE and a lot tankier, also he is pretty fast and can kite enemy. Arle however have slightly higher dmg ceiling than Neu ,but harder to play and it's a lot more squishy since teammates can't heal her.
yep pretty good ,if the team is electro charge focus he can give up to 50 hydro element dmg buff and give neu more energy.

İdk why surf up not in the recommend weapon list like you put off field sub DPS weapon like sacrificial jade but not surf up this is just absurd to me
Since Ororon can do off field damage, is he good with Neuvilette?
his c1 mainly serves as protection against interruption, plus it allows you to always have 1 draconic glories. i have both weapon and c1, and i felt like he didnt even get interrupted that often before. if you have a good shielder, then there's really no need to get c1.

Wh is better between neuvilette and arlecchino
for damage only, maybe yes but for flexibility, no (mualani need vaporize, neuvi doesn't, even neuvi can solo abyss)
luckily no
