I just pulled Neuvi. I was thinking him, Hu Tao, Layla and xingqui in a team?
the thing I like about him is that he can easily switch comps. You never have to worry about what the next abyss enemy cause he can switch teams and supports to work against them . Cryo? Use vape. Pyro? Use bloom/hyperbloom/taser. Dendro? Any team will work. The only thing is hydro and geo enemies in which using a hyperbloom team can work or you can leave that half to another team
yes furina boost elemental dmg like kazuha. so she works with whatever scaling characters.
Furina doesn't buff HP ig, but boost DMG bonus
without a hp buffer he’s already doing better than ayaka/Hu Tao and can rival them easily. An hp buffer would just make him even more broken and from leaks furina will too. So yeah, while it’s not needed, it is desirable and I do believe he should be higher than Hu Tao and ayaka for doing same, if not a bit more dmg and being much more versatile than them. Even content creators are admitting this and I’ve seen many call him “the next best dps”.
yea i dont think we would get hp buffer that would be on par with bennett's atk buff. hp scaling characters are given better multiplier in general cuz they cant use bennett and can only rely on hydro resonance.
"Currently, he does not have any HP buffer supports. If they do release one in the future, his potential may transcend." What??? Add a second Hydro to party and you got your HP buffer. Skill Issue. 🤦🏻♀️
forget to mention his best artifact is Marechaussee Hunter but you can use wanderer troupe or heart of depth as well, your gonna need to farm crit rate though.
he’s like raiden where his free dmg bonus makes up for it. The two hp main stats will give him the usual elemental dmg bonus that others get from goblet and the weapon will further increase his dmg, especially at r5 while also helping with recharging your burst so it’s not a big deal.
if you mean weapon, then I’d go for prototype amber(it’s crafted) or the new event weapon. If you mean artifact stats then I’d give him hp, crit, and hydro dmg bonus but if you can’t get that then go for hp instead cause it also gives him the dmg bonus. As for crit, if your using his BiS artifact then I’d go for crit dmg, if not then crit rate.

Prototype Amber ANYDAY if you don't have his sig, all others weapon are mid.
Is the new event weapon good for him or should I just stick with prototype amber?
that’s actually a good team lol, ideally you’d replace diona with zhongli or even sucrose/Kazuha if you have him at c1. Collei is actually very good for him (which is surprising cause she can be somewhat underwhelming compared to others) and the only other dendro unit that beats her is nahida. Fiscal is also his best support, just slightly above raiden. Together this is a hyperbloom team which is one of his best along with taser and diona can allow more reactions.
yeah and collei is also good for him and she’s free. You can make a team using collei, fiscal and diona, yes it’s quite random but neuvillte is already so good on his own it doesn’t matter who you pair him with unless you plan on going for abyss.
his banner is beginner friendly. if you get him and the 4stars, you can make a team for him. neuvi-fischl-diona-whoever. you can even build him and fischl together, farm in fontaine domain.hunter for him. golden troupe for fischl and furina if youre getting her too. there resin efficient team.
mfs when hoyo makes a hydro that isnt meant to be just vape/national slaves.. ffs pair him with electro ez. even better if the electro is skill based-->fischl. even xl with 400er feels shit to play with nuevi.
what are the odds of pairing him with xiangling tho? Most usually use him for hyperbloom or taser rather than vape. I don’t think it’s really worth it anyway cause neuvillte CH A has high range and requires you to be far from the enemie so xiangling Burst won’t always work. Dehya or another pyro is better fit for that role and like I said most don’t even use vape. Plus it’s a support loss.
