What is the Wind Chaser?

Wind Chaser is an Obstacle Course Event where you will enter Galezone Domains to collect Windcoins and collect Anemo Particles within the time limit in the Windgrasper Challenges!

How to Unlock Wind Chaser

To unlock the Wind Chaser, you need to Reach Adventure Rank 20 or above! Once the event is live, the Windswept Domain World Quest will appear. Complete the quest to unlock the Wind Chaser Event!

Enter the Galezone Domain in Bishui Plain

Head to the domain entrance in Bishui Plain, Liyue to start the Galezone challenges. During the Galezone challenges, collect and complete as many Windcoins and Windgrasper challenges as possible until you find the final destination!

Collect Windcoins in the Domain

Throughout the stage, there will be Windcoins that you have to collect to get a higher score.

Defeat Enemies

Enemies that appear in the Galezone give you Windcoins as well. The Realm of the Southerly Winds seems to be a specific domain where you can get special combat effects. Use these combat effects to swiftly defeat enemies within the time limit!

Collect Anemo Paricles in Windgrasper

Windgrasper challenges are timed trials where you need to collect all Anemo particles within the time limit, similar to the ones in the open world! You will need to complete as many Windgrasper challenges in the domain to rack up points.

Interact with special mechanisms

While exploring the Galezone, you will encounter some mechanisms that will aid you in collecting Windcoins. These include the wind current mechanisms and platforms that can be moved.

Can You Play Wind Chaser in Co-Op Mode

Yes, you can challenge domains in co-op mode! You can only invite a maximum of one other player to play with you together in a Galezone domain though.

Wind Chaser Mechanisms

Wind Current Mechanisms

These mechanisms can affect the flow of wind currents. Use these special devices to your advantage!

Wind Current Mechanisms
Snagwind Nexus	Generates wind currents that blow in specific directions. The direction of the wind currents can be changed by adjusting the mechanism
Windstopper Hub	Temporarily stops the activity of the nearby wind currents.
Windchurner Nexus	Causes the AoE of wind currents nearby to expand temporarily.

Moving Platforms

Some platforms can also be moved under the influence of wind currents or gravity. This enables you to reach hard-to-get Windcoins suspended in mid-air or other areas!

Windward Terrace	When affected by wind currents, this platform will tilt in the corresponding directions.
Driftwind Platform	When affected by wind currents, this platform will rise up to a specific position.
