The Treasure Chest for Mysterious Clipboard Painting 5 is located south of Gandha Hill, Sumeru. Teleport to the Statue of the Seven in Gandharva Ville and head down the mountain to go inside a cave that will lead to the Clipboard.

Where to Find the Treasure Chest
1 Complete the Agnihotra Sutra quest to get the "Kusava" gadget. Fix and activate the Dendro Monument at the Statue of the Seven in Gandharva Ville to access the cave.
2 Delve deep into the cave until you come across a house raised above water.
3 Dig for the Treasure Chest underneath the house.
