Where to Leave Hints and a Sweet Madame
On top of the Tower Ruins in Minacious Isle
The spot where you need to leave hints and a Sweet Madame for Wolfgang is on top of the floating archways in Minacious Isle.
You need to activate an Astral Bridge by submitting three Starlight Coalescences to the device on top of the tower.
Use the Astral Bridge to get to the archways
Walk around the floating ruins until you spot the pillar to leave the hints and a Sweet Madame for Wolfgang.
How to Get Starlight Coalescence
Get from the Vase Puzzle
The easiest ones to get along the way are the two vase Starlight Coalescence. They are located near the second Secret Chamber with the Torch Puzzle.
Follow the star up a set of stairs and lead it to the vase. The second star will be on a ledge to the right of the vases.
Get from the Astral Puzzle
Get the third Starlight Coalescence from the Astral Puzzle found near the top of the tower. Follow the pattern above to spawn a Treasure Chest and a star. Follow it to the device that activates the Astral Bridge.

Leaving hints and a Sweet Madame for Wolfgang is part of the ''Thus Was the Work Done in Vain'' world quest found in Minacious Isle. This quest is only available during the 2.8 Version of the Golden Apple Archipelago.
