You can unlock All's Well That Ends Well after completing the Phantom of the Past Prologue Quest. If you started the event within the first six days of the event, you need to wait for the seventh day for this quest to unlock!
Phantom of the Past Quest Guide
All's Well That Ends Well is the ending quest for Diluc's Event: Hidden Strife. During the event, you will get to learn more about Diluc through remnants of his past. This quest unlocks with the last stage, The Other Molten Quadrant!

1 | Head back to Dawn Winery to talk to Adelinde. |
2 | Go inside the Dawn Winery Building to sort the letters. |
3 | Talk to Diluc then read any of the ''three'' letters from the letter pile. |
4 | Continue talking to Diluc then return to the Ley Line Deposit. |
5 | Defeat the enemies with Diluc. |
6 | After you defeat all enemies, talk to Diluc again. Finish the conversation to complete the quest! |
