After completing Kazuha's Event Quest, the As the Courtyard in Spring Once Appeared, you can rearrange the Bonsai by the maple tree in Pudding Isle! To access the Relay Stone Puzzle, you need to rearrange the mountains to the Hoveringlight Rocks on both left and right!

Genshin - Head to the Pudding Isle Waypoint
After switching to Hoveringlight Rocks, Teleport on top of the Pudding Isle. The puzzle is just by the Waypoint there.

Genshin - Grab the relay stone near the Waypoint
Grab the relay stone near the Waypoint.

Genshin - Get the relay stone by the edge of the mountain
Get the relay stone by the edge of the mountain.

Genshin - Put one relay stone
Put one relay stone in between the Discharge and Cumulation Stones near the back of the Waypoint.

Put the other relay stone on the right side of the Waypoint in between the Maple Trees.
