Part 3 of The Photographer's Words has an entry for a locked image. The requirement for unlocking it is "The Scattered Past," which is currently unavailable in-game. We do have an idea what the quest is though!

How to Complete The Scattered Past

There's not really any information on what The Scattered Past is, but we've put together a few clues. The conch images are of Fatui, and there are a few Fatui scattered around the archipelago.

We've pieced together that The Scattered Past may be a quest involving all of these Fatui, in addition to the individual quests for the items they're looking for.
