when tighnari and collei came out, their tier list took some time to update. and now she just literally came out and she instant S tier with wrong artifact build like TotM. what happened here? also she has more cons than pros. how can that be S-tier? your site used to be accurate. i hope it gets fixed and updated soon.
DO NOT use Tenacity of the Millelith on her, it doesn't work like that. Build Description: "Dori's Elemental burst makes it very easy to trigger 4pc. effect of the TotM set" TotM set: "When an Elemental SKILL hits an opponent" TotM triggers on skill hits, not burst.
ToM only triggers on elemental skill hits, not elemental bursts, so the first set recommendation is not valid as her elemental skill is not long lasting and persistent.
