eula main here. I use thiose two team comp too. Except the double electro team where i use rosaria instead of diona cause beidou's shield and dmg reduction is enough for me and enemies die so fast anyways. Even with the 1st team as he said raiden is enough to battery but i prefer the second team comp cause its hella tons of damage. I have and tried c6 dori with bith teams and the reduced dps contribution is a big downer.
Damn! Numbers dont lie is on the Dori defence force. I don't know if he designed the character himself or buyers remorse for C6ing her, but it's cringeworthy nevertheless.
Yes, you use Dione as a damage buffer because you usually dress her with 4 pieces of Nobles .
I have Eula and I use it in combinations: Eula + Raiden + Rosaria + Zhongli (or Benet for more DMG) or Eula + Fischl + Beidou + Diona. And not once in my life have I had any problems with the energy on her. And I assure you any of these 2 configs will be much better than anything you can do with Dory.
2/2 In the same sense, this is why Diona has more value than Zhongli in this team comp. You don't put in Diona for damage, right? Like Diona, Dori does not deal a lot of damage but solves Eula's ER problems. Dori doesn't provide shields though, but its already established that Diona is at a higher S tier than Dori.
1/2 ER problem is unavoidable and can only be solved by Batteries or Artifacts. Sacrificing CRIT substats for ER is in of itself also a DPS loss. You also encounter the problem of not having the right characters. If for example in a frontloaded Main DPS team (Eula-Shenhe-Fischl-Zhongli), this team comp will 100% deal more damage ofc, but has a ER problem to Eula. But if I run Eula-Shenhe-Fischl-Dori? I can safely run only 100% ER on Eula,
Imo kuki definitely isn't a good pure support unit. What boosted her in this tier is her Sub-DPS role for proccing Hyperbloom and applying weak Electro Aura. I remember when she was B tier in the sub-dps tier list. In conjunction to dealing hyperbloom, her healing can somewhat scale with EM. As a support in the sense of buffing and healing, what does she provide? Healing, thats pretty much it. Right now I'd say Kuki is a better Sub-DPS than healer
This game doesn't work that way if you have some kind of ER problem. Then you either clearly have problems with artifacts, weapons, or building a group. Sacrificing 1 spot in a group to raise ER when you can take a Damage Buffer to that spot is a massive loss of DPS.
Even so the guide on her page lists 2 positives and 4 negatives in her kit, if we went by that she shouldn't be an s tier. Alot of people saying Kuki is still the better option for an electro healer, yet Dori is ranked higher than Kuki which is baffling.
C tier at best, people who say she great are delusional trying to cheer themself up after wasted primogem for her.
Idk about that recco but personally I value the ER she provides by a LOT. C0, thats a total of 15 energy and at C4 she increases the ER of on-field character by 30%. Those numbers are huge and it lets me offset by FIVE(5) ER substat rolls for better stats on the Main DPS like CRIT, ATK, or EM
