You have to complete the north and south puzzles found in the Chasm's Underground Mines area to find the two bells. Afterwards, hit the bell with any attacks to ring it, then return to the Nameless Ruins to continue the Perils in the Dark quest.

How to Get to the First Bell

From the Nameless Ruins, head north of the area until you get to the Teleport Waypoint beside a river. Once there, you should see the ruins from a distance. The first bell can be found on top of that ruins!

Solve the Monuments Puzzle

You'll have to clear out the Dark Mud surrounding the monuments using your Lumenstone Adjuvant to ring the first bell. Be careful as there will be enemies guarding it! Here's how to solve this monument puzzle:

First Bell Puzzle Walkthrough

1	Defeat the Pyro Abyss Mage guarding the four locked monuments.
2	Press the button to Recharge the vine with 3 charges of your Lumenstone Adjuvant.
3	Hit the vine to release a small AoE projectile to clear the purple rocks. You can also use your Lumenstone Adjuvant instead!
4	Defeat the Shadowy Husks that will spawn. Doing this will unlock the Monuments again.
5	Ring the bell beside the torches by hitting it to complete this puzzle!

How to Ring the Second Bell on the South Side of the Ruins

How to Get to the Second Bell

You can get to the location of the second bell by going south from the Stony Hall teleport wapoint. Once you see a ravine, glide to the ledge on your left and walk around the walls until you get to the farthest ruins. You should see the ruins nearby an active Ruin Guard!

Solve the Luminous Seelie Puzzle

You have to light all four crosses to complete the seelie puzzle, then hit the second bell to ring it. You can do this by using your Lumenstone Adjuvant with the help of Luminous Seelies. Here's how to complete the puzzle:

Second Bell Puzzle Walkthrough

1	Recharge the Lumen monument south to permanently light up the southern cross.
2	To uncover the western cross, use your Lumenstone Adjuvant on the Oozing bulb to clear out the Dark Mud.
3	Spread out the two Luminous Seelies to place it on the west and east crosses.
4	Stand near the last remaining cross on the north to complete this first puzzle.
5	Get the chest to spawn an air current and another Luminous Seelie. Ride the current afterwards.
6	Stand on the cross opposite of where the Luminous Seelie is to activate the mechanism.
7	Drop down to find a Ruin Grader sitting on Dark Mud. Dispel the Oozing Concretion first with your Lumenstone Adjuvant, then defeat the enemy!
8	Ring the bell by hitting it to complete this puzzle!
