Found behind a wall with an Oozing Concretion. You will have to have the Lumenstone Adjuvant upgraded to Level 6 before you can remove the Oozing Concretion.

Found on a broken pillar beside a Ruin Grader.

Found on a wall near a pile of stones.

Found below the floor where a Shadowy Husk is standing on and near the Time Trial Challenge.

Found on a broken debris with some tree roots and near a yellow stone.

Found inside the tower on a broken wall near a treasure chest or Oozing Concretion.

Found on the top of the tower on a broken wall.

Found on the cave walls in the pathway in between The Glowing Narrows and the Final Area.

How to Interact with Secret Texts

Unequip the Lumenstone Adjuvant

Genshin - Secret Text - Do not equip the Lumenstone Adjuvant

When you have the Lumenstone Adjuvant gadget equipped, the Secret Text will disappear when you approach it. Simply unequip the Lumenstone Adjuvant to be able to interact with the Secret Texts

Once you have interacted with all nine Secret Texts in the Underground Mines, you will receive an achievement called The Nine-Word Rumor, which will reward you with 5 Primogems.
