The Shriveled Seed completes the Mysterious Clipboard 10 treasure hunting puzzle from the Static Views quest. You will also need to complete Dream Nursery and checking the mailbox in Vanarana to access the 9th and 10th photos.

How to Get the Shriveled Seed

Get from a Chest in The Chasm

You get the Shriveled Seed by opening a chest in The Chasm's Main Mining Area. There's more to it than just going to the location and opening a chest though!

Alternative path from Sumeru

If you haven't unlocked the Underground Mines of The Chasm, but have visited Sumeru, you can go to a shortcut found below the waterfall near the Statue of the Seven in Gandharva Ville to get to the cave immediately!

1	Teleport to the The Chasm: Main Mining Area in the Underground Mines.
2	Glide down and go inside the hole on the ceiling.
3	Destroy the wall by attacking the Geo Barrels.
4	Use your Elemental Sight to locate and collect all of the shiny buds.
5	Use Geo, Electro, and Anemo attacks to activate the monuments.
6	Open the Treasure Chest to collect the Shriveled Seed.
