To unlock a Sealed Waypoint, you must offer Aphotium Ores and Tokoyo Legumes, which can be found around the Event Map.
All Teleport Waypoints in the event map can only be unlocked if your Bokuso Box is upgraded to a certain level. You can upgrade your Bokuso Box by offering Light Realm Sigils to the Statue of Vassals.
The Rite of Diffusal is a feature that allows you to unlock the Sealed Corrosion Waypoints found in the Three Realms Gateway Offering Event Map.
