The To The Church's Free Spirit Outfit has been sent to all Travelers with the in-game mail system. The mail expires in 30 days, so claim the To The Church's Free Spirit Outfit and all other Alternate Outfits as soon as you can!
Alternate Character Outfit Guide
After the Version 2.5 Update on February 16, 2022, you will automatically get To The Church's Free Spirit and all other Alternate Outfits.
If you already own Rosaria, To The Church's Free Spirit will just pop up in the Dressing Room. If you don't have Rosaria yet, then you'll only be able to unlock the Alternate Outfit once you get them.
