Genshin - Elixirs and Potions - 1 - Talk to Timaeus in Mondstadt
Go to Mondstadt and talk to Timaeus beside the Alchemy Table.

Genshin - Elixirs and Potions - 2 - Teleport to Liyue Harbor
Teleport to Liyue Harbor near their local Alchemy Table and go to the location beside a small pond.

Genshin - Elixirs and Potions - 3 - Speak to Brother Qian and Hongyi around Liyue Harbor
Find and speak to Brother Qian and Hongyi. Both NPCs will roam around Liyue Harbor, and so you will need to rely on your quest marker to find them!

Talk to Ying'er at her shop.

Go back to the Alchemy Table in Liyue Harbor.
