37		Located near some white tree roots.
41		Locked behind a barrier. Use the Teleport Waypoint nearby and use the Day-Night Switch Mechanism to switch to Evernight. Activate the Hydro Monuments to collect the sigil.

How to Get Key Sigil 1 in The Serpent's Heart

52		From the Teleport Waypont in main island area, drop down and glide towards the waterfalls nearby and get the Key Sigil floating there!
54		From the Teleport Waypoint, you will see a big hole near the front with a Thunderhelm Lawachurl. Glide towards the hole and get the sigil floating in the middle. Bewards of the Bathysmal Vishap below.
56		From location 54, you can head south of the cave near Mist Flowers. Outside, there will be a Phase Gate on the left below. Use it to phase towards location 56. Beware of the Abyss Herald: Wicked Torrents nearby.

47		Teleport towards the small, lone island and head up the tower-like pillar until you get the sigil on top.
48		It's located near the Teleport Waypoint by the fountains.
49		Glide down towards the northwest side of the island where there are two Pyro Whopperflowers in it. Go inside the road past the enemies towards a cave then turn right near candles with stone chests. Climb the wall and continue to the cavern next to it.
51		From the Teleport Waypoint glide down towards the edge until you see the ruins.
57		It's located at the edge so from the Teleport Waypoint, you can glide down. The Key Sigil is up a wall.

53		There are two ways to get this, either go down by the Key Sigil Location 54, you can go west and exit the cave or you can head towards it from the Teleport Waypoint and just drop down towards it.
55		From the Teleport Waypoint, go southward untl you see the sigil on top of pillar.

How to Unlock the Locus Islands

The three Locus Islands; Yachimatahiko's Locus, Yachimatahime's Locus, and Kunado's Locus can be unlocked after completing The Entrance to Tokoyo, and The Subterranean Trials of Drake and Serpent.

Talk to a Spirt in the Serpent's Heart to unlock the ''Erebos' Secret'' Quests which will unlock all Locus Islands. Go to any Locus Island by following the Emanant Skylight using Ghostfish to go to a portal!

There's a Secret Island between Yachimatohiko's Locus and Yachimatahime's Locus called, ''Vishap Reseash Lab''! To go there you need to access the Phase Gate north of Dainichi Mikoshi.

You can only get the final Key Sigil V after completing the Collections of Dragons and Snakes quest. After entering the mirror dimension, you can access the last Sigil to complete all seals!

How to Use Enkanomiya Key Sigils

Used on Locked Seals in Enkanomiya

The Inazuma Diaries for Enkanomiya explained that each key fits one lock. There is a corresponding seal for each key sigil and vice versa!

Enkanomiya Key Sigils can only unlock the seals with the matching image, which can be part of puzzles or quests found in Enkanomiya. We'll update this section as soon as more information is released!
