An event's Wind Glider can only be claimed while an event is active. Make sure to earn and claim them before the events end, or else you'll miss out on them!
List of Events
You can unlock Wind Gliders during the Archon Quest for Prologue: Act 1. You will receive the Wings of First Flight as your first Wind Glider.
You can change your Wind Glider with the Dressing Room feature in the Character Menu. Select your chosen character and press the Hanger Button (or tilt the right analog stick using a gamepad) to access the Dressing Room.
