This set dont work with Xianyun or Xiao or any plunge attack. Because if you are in the air and the bubble explode, the mobs will not take the damage.

This artifact set basically makes any healer a sub dps
Is the damage done by the 4 peice effect physical damage? like can the physical damage buff increase it?

How do you get it? I’ve run the domain 20 times and only gotten the Husk of Opulent dreams items. Is there some trick or has my RNG been that bad?
Qiqi is AMAZING with this set and I fully recommend the 2piece set with a 2piece healing bonus blizzard strayer on the as well!
Makes qiqi a good off-field sub dps/healer, roughly 15-20k per tick and crappy artifacts/talents/weapon. Was just wondering if physical dmg bonus affects the dmg output?
