You can get Ayesha's Chaos Prospector after completing the prerequisite quest, Journey to Tsurumi when you play the Shadow of the Ancients event. It is a temporary gadget that will disappear on November 15, 2021 once the event ends.

How to Use Ayesha's Chaos Prospector | |
---|---|
1 | Equip from your inventory as a gadget. |
2 | Go survey areas to find General Purpose Directional Conduction Components. |
3 | Place Ayesha's Chaos Prospector in the area to survey it. Note that the prospector cannot be used when not in the survey area or during Co-Op Mode. |
4 | Discovers A Survey Target: If it discovers a component, it will mark the area with a light. Once you interact with it, you will find an Exquisite Chest, an Inactive Device, enemies, or the component itself! |
Survey Target Not in Range: If the component is not in range within its AoE, it will mark or point to the general area of the target. |

5 | You can place up to three Ayesha's Chaos Prospectors at once. If you happen to place a fourth one, the first device will be retrieved and placed there instead. |

This gadget is primarily used during Phase 1 of the Shadow of the Ancients event. You will go through four areas to survey them and find Conduction Components!

The General Purpose Directional Conduction Components are materials needed to repair Pursina's Spikes on the Shadow of the Ancients Event. The Pursina's Spikes are able to cut off the Anomalous Model Ruin Grader's power source, so it cannot regenerate again.
